The terms described below, when used herein and to the maximum extent permitted by the Regulations, shall have the meanings set out below: Client: legal entity that contracts Hakai's services; Contract: the legal instruments governing the relationship between Hakai and the Client; Controller: the natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, responsible for the main decisions regarding the Processing of Personal Data; Personal Data: any information capable of identifying a Data Subject (as defined below, directly or indirectly), in accordance with applicable law. In this Privacy Notice, all information relating to a Data Subject will be treated as "Data" or "Personal Data"; Sensitive Personal Data: Personal Data concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership of a trade union or of a religious, philosophical or political organization, data concerning health or sex life, and genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.
